The error is in the right sleeve. The pattern should read: At the beg of next 2 rows, bind off 12(16,22,28) sts = 109 sts (all sizes). Dec 1 st at each side every other row 16 times = 77 sts (all sizes). Work evenly for 10 1/2 / 26.5 cm from last armhole shaping. Bind off all sts
