Malabrigo Quickie: Woodpile by Susan Villas Lewis
This entry was posted on 22nd January, 2016 .I don't know about you, but I am COLD right now. Pretty much all the time, this time of year. So not only does an actual woodpile (and the fires it begets) sound good right now, but a yummy squooshy silky scarf? Yes please! Introducing Woodpile by Susan Villas Lewis: Susan says:
It’s time to start gathering the woodpile for winter, and this long wide scarf is perfect for keeping warm as you work. Bounded by large ribbed sections on the ends, the body features a textured stitch that resembles stacks of wood for winter fires. The simple texture makes it perfect for showing off variegated yarns. What a great project for multicolored yarns! You can find Woodpile on Ravelry, or browse our past Quickies here! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ What are Malabrigo Quickies? Quickies are small, fast projects which require only one or two skeins of yarn. Approximately every two weeks we’re teaming up with a talented independent designer to present an exciting new accessory (or other “small object”) pattern, showcasing one of our many yarns and colorways.
